What Klunkers does

Built for riders who fettle their own bikes: a proper record of what’s fitted, what’s worn and what needs doing next.

Every bike, every part

A build sheet for each bike, down to the bottom bracket standard. Parts keep their own history, even when they move to another bike.

  • Record frames, forks, wheels, drivetrain and brakes, with the standards that matter: axles, freehub, BB shell, brake mounts, seatpost size.
  • Move a fork from one bike to another and its hours go with it. Spares wait on the shelf until they are fitted.
  • Photos, receipts and serial numbers live with the part.

Wear from your rides

Rides come in from Strava, GPX and FIT files, or the Health app on your phone, and count towards every part on the bike.

  • Match your Strava bikes once and new rides arrive by themselves. Klunkers never guesses which bike a ride was on.
  • Service intervals by hours, distance or the calendar: fork services by hours ridden, chain checks by distance, brake bleeds once a year. Sensible defaults to start from.
  • A heads-up when something is due, so it gets done before it becomes a problem.

Note it with no signal
